Happy Fall!

Kay so I know I promised that I would do better, but I just have not. So since it has been a while again I will show a few things that we have been up to. Things have been a little crazy around here. At Dave's new job they cut every employees hours to 24 hrs. So now we are supposed to live off of 24 hours? Well Dave has been interviewing. One job is supposed to let him know back on Friday. However they are only hiring part time as well so he might be working two part time jobs until something else pans out. At least he still has a job right?

My mother-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer. I hope she does not mind me sharing that. I cried for hours when I found out. However she and the doctors seem to be pretty hopeful that the surgery wont have to be too extreme. So any prayers would be most welcome.

On a more positive note. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and we are spending it with the Walker side of the family. We are way excited. I love Thanksgiving! It is a day of feasting and getting fat and sleepy. You've gotta love that. :) It is the kick off to the holidays. Dave's oldest siblings are all coming to town for Christmas. I am way excited about that!

My birthday was on Monday. I am 27 now! I feel old. I know I am not, but I thought I would be a lot farther ahead at this point in my life. Oh well at least I have my family. I had a wonderful birthday. My mom and sisters took me to the Twilight movie. We laughed the entire time at how cheesy it was, but I still must admit somehow I still liked it. :) They then took me to lunch. Later Dave gave me my presents. I got a CD of one of my favorite singers. She is my brothers friend (I know someone who knows someone famous!:)). He also bought us 2 hours at the spa together. We went last night and it was heavenly and much needed. It included time in a Jacuzzi, Sana and a full body massage. He also cleaned the house, took Kimball and I to Jump on It. It is a place where the floors are made of trampolines and a few are on the walls. Dave had a harder time with his back. I did my best not to pee my pants due to the birth of Kimball (I know it sounds gross but very true. I did however succeed). Needless to say Kimball had the most fun there. Then he took us to dinner at Golden Coral. I was completely spoiled. What a good husband! :)

Here are some pics of Kimball playing in the dryer. The other day he crawled in while the door was open and Dave took some pics. He is all over the place.

Here is pictures of Kimball playing in the leaves. He was so much fun!

Here are some Halloween pics. Isn't carving pumpkins so much fun? Sorry no pics of Kimball in his costume. My camera died and I am still waiting for some to be e-mailed to me. He was a Giraffe. A very cute one at that.

Holy cow, Kimball isn't a little kid anymore, he's a big kid! Wow, it has been too long since you blogged and since we've gotten together! We should get with Tammy and go to Jump On It on Wednesday for Mommy and me jump time. Moms are free and kids are $3 each. Very nice. :)

I'm really sorry about all the crazy things going on in your life! I hope David finds a awesome, FULL time job soon and that all goes well for you mother in law!!

alicia-that sounds awesome. you should remind me or tammy. I miss you guys. Kimball would love it and I would love to see you guys,

Tammy-That would freak me out. Dave actually watched him climb in. You really have to keep your eye on them. I am down with the jump on it thing too. Let me know what they say about Jacob and you.
