All Sorts of Fun!

A couple of weekends ago we went to Kimball's very first Circus. Our friend Brookie had several free passes for kids under 12. So I got a bunch for my nieces and nephews as well. Since my Brother and sister-in-law's kids couldn't come my sister gave theirs to some of their cousins and their kids friends. I think we had a total of nine kids there. My mom and sister and her husband came too. It was lots of fun and the kids seemed to enjoy it. It was especially fun to watch Kimball. He was clapping and dancing to the music. He seemed very excited. I wish we could have caught it on camera. My only complaint about the circus was the clowns. they didn't do one cool thing. All they did is get the kids to clap and yell. they yelled things like no, yes, OK, and towards the end started a screaming fest with the kids. that scared Kimball so I had to take him out for a while. needless to say we had lots of fun, but we did miss you guys Mike and Hollie.

They had a 20 min. intermission. There was rides for the kids that they had to buys tickets too. My sister and I thought to ourselves, "no wonder they gave free tickets to the kids, because they knew they could make a killing off of other things." they even sold Light savers. the ring master got on the microphone and told everyone to buy one that they were great. He said just raise your hands. Janean's kids just kept their hands up the entire time. It was funny. At least they had a small petting zoo that was free. so Kimball enjoyed petting the animals.

Here is my niece Paige and her friend by the petting zoo. they had lots of fun too.

Now that it is Easter I started stuffing plastic eggs with candy for a family party we are having. Kimball got his had's on one and at first I didn't think that he would do any harm. Haven't I learned by now?! Of course he busted it open and made all sorts of a mess. Here are some pictures of him being all messy. It took me a while to scrub all the candy out. Yikes! What am I going to do with that kids?

This all looks like so much fun! I am so sorry that we missed out. I hope that you had a good time- we need to get together soon!

Kimball looks like a cute little candy monster! He should fit in really good with the rest off us!

I hope you were able to salvage that shirt. It looks very messy. He looks like he has no idea what a mess he made; then again, they usually don't!

Kristern-You are right he had no idea what a mess he made. It took a lot of scrubbing and some clorox for coloreds, but I was able to save the shirt and the pants and the socks. Yeah!
